Public site: membership, events, programs, and fundraising on your school brand. Family login: household, students, membership, and store card when you use one. That is for parents at your school. It is not a Pavilion customer member portal. Staff portal: where your board buys and runs Pavilion. Onboarding, connectors (Square, Google, Canva), roles, and day-to-day ops live here. Pavilion platform Staff (@onpavilion.com) can support your org from our Staff side. Your board does not need a separate Pavilion member portal for billing or setup.
